fix: preserve migrated workspace specs

Summary

• resolve named and inline project workspaces back to their workspace presets
• preserve the existing agent workspace spec when the selected preset is unchanged
• avoid rewriting migrated file snapshot paths and existing Git workspace fields during agent edits
