- 移除旧的 Go 后端服务、配置与构建相关文件
- 新增 buf 配置、Svelte 开发环境与测试支持
- 添加 V2 API 兼容层与未实现能力提示组件
- 新增脚本服务、工具函数与各类测试用例
- 清理并更新前端依赖与配置文件
- 新增多组 E2E 测试用例与测试桩组件
