CTO / IT Director at NS Engineering, where I designed and run the company's entire technology stack as its sole engineer. Before that, 7+ years at Deloitte (11+ years in total), where I earned Technology Guild Guru. I also build research-grade software on the side, starting with an open-source semiconductor simulator. I like problems where the physics, the domain constraints or the governance is the hard part, not just the code.
- Quantum Foundry: open-source (Apache-2.0) multi-physics simulator for post-silicon and 3D-stacked transistors. It predicts 2D-material choices, device geometry, thermal limits and manufacturability ahead of fabrication, and it never reports a number a solver didn't produce. - Revert Climate Crisis — a nonprofit venture born out of the 2026 Rasuwa/Langtang Lirung GLOF disaster in Nepal. Built a real glacial-lake-outburst-flood hazard pipeline scoring 47 ICIMOD-listed lakes against seismic, precipitation, and satellite-derived exposure data (GEM, CHIRPS, TerraClimate, Earth Engine/HydroSHEDS flow-path tracing).
- Wormhole Hunt — testing general-relativity alternative-compact-object signatures against public gravitational-microlensing survey data (OGLE, MOA), working toward a publishable result.
Alongside the independent ventures above, I build and run the internal engineering platform for NS Engineering Geotechnical Services — a portfolio of Frappe/ERPNext-based systems covering lab operations, HR, finance, and document control for the company.
- eng_lab_suite — the core platform: SOP-first role-based governance across the company's operational roles, a full HR module, document-control workflows with real managerial approval authority, and a department-structured training/wiki system. Backed by a real dev → stage → prod CI pipeline and ongoing permission/access audits.
- nserp — the company's ERPNext deployment, covering financial operations, deploy pipelines, and backup infrastructure.
- companymanagement — identity and backup infrastructure.
- ns-collab — internal collaboration stack: self-hosted Mattermost + Keycloak OIDC SSO.
This is systems and governance work as much as it's code — designing role structures and approval chains that hold up under audit, not just shipping features.
Watches Ecom Platform — full-stack luxury ecom build, Medusa v2 backend + Next.js storefront, with a Core/Vertical architecture designed to be reused across verticals (a second build, a honey D2C platform, now runs on the same base).
Influencer Marketplace & Intelligence Platform — Node/TypeScript + Express + Prisma, campaign lifecycle + ROI attribution + anomaly detection, OWASP API Top 10 security-audited, 191/191 tests passing.
