Architect Turned C# Developer | .NET Enthusiast | Automation Specialist
Hi, I’m Luis—a developer who transitioned from architecture and BIM workflows into software development. My journey began in the AEC industry, mastering tools like Archicad and AutoCAD. But curiosity pulled me deeper: into scripting, automation, and now full-fledged development.
I’m certified in Python and C#, and currently exploring the .NET ecosystem with ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and Azure. My goal is simple: build reusable, reliable, and user-friendly applications that solve real problems.
I work primarily in Windows—where most engineering tools live—but I admire the elegance of MacOS and the resilience of Linux coders. I choose platforms based on purpose, not popularity.
Let’s build something meaningful.
I didn’t set out to become a developer—I set out to learn HTML and CSS. But discovering C# changed everything. It aligned with how I think: modular, expressive, and built for systems.
Thanks to my Python foundation, I picked up C# quickly and earned certification. What started as curiosity became commitment.
When a friend asked, “Why C#? That’s pure Windows,” it sparked a deeper dive. I explored .NET, skipped JavaScript entirely, and found Blazor—a modern, elegant alternative that felt like home.
I’m not here to chase trends. I’m here to build with clarity, curiosity, and a growing toolkit of reusable solutions.
🗣️ “Coincidences don’t exist. I found .NET because it was looking for me.”
