Create more descriptive request template

For the mentorship app, I’d love it to have some helper text about what to put in a request. I get a lot of Be my mentor. or Would you be my mentor? and not a lot of It looks like you've got experience in x, which I'd really like to get better at. My goal is y, do you think that is something you could help mentor me through?

Update default request message with helper text that will guide requestor as to what information will be useful for requestee.

Proposed template for mentees sending mentorship requests:

Hi [mentor],
It looks like you've got experience with [x skill], which I'm looking to get better at. My goal is to [complete a project / understand this concept / put together a talk / other goal]. Is that something you'd be interested in helping mentor me through?

Proposed template for mentors sending mentorship offers:

Hi [mentee],
I see you're looking for mentors that can help you with [x skill]. I have [kind of experience] with [x skill] and think I could help you. Would you be interested in being my mentee?
