Code Review
This pull request introduces a new endpoint /.well-known/tangerine to expose basic application information, likely for client-side verification. The implementation is clean and simple. My review includes a minor suggestion to improve code quality by leveraging an existing constant and removing a redundant return statement.
Description
This PR adds a lightweight verification API endpoint that the client can call during startup to confirm that the backend is a valid Tangerine server. The client uses this endpoint to fail fast and show a clear error message when the server is misconfigured or unsupported.
