What is the HoYo Code Sender Bot?

The HoYo Code Sender Bot is a Discord bot that automatically fetches and sends redemption codes for HoYoverse games (Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero) to designated Discord channels.

Is this bot official?

No. This bot is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HoYoverse (miHoYo) in any way. This is a fan-made tool created to help the community.

How often does the bot check for new codes?

The bot checks for new redemption codes every 5 minutes.

Which games are supported?

The bot currently supports:

What languages does the bot support?

The bot currently supports:

• English
• Vietnamese
• Japanese

Setup and Configuration

How do I set up the bot?

Use the /setup command to configure notification channels and roles.

Can I have different notification channels for different games?

Currently, the bot supports only one notification channel per server, but you can configure different mention roles for each game.

Can I disable notifications for specific games?

Yes, use the /favgames command to select which games you want to receive codes for.

How do I change the bot's language?

Use the /setlang command to change the language to English, Vietnamese, or Japanese.

Can I disable automatic notifications?

Yes, use the /toggleautosend command with the option set to disable.

Usage

How do I view active codes?

Use the /listcodes command and select the game you want to see codes for.

Can I manually send codes?

Yes, admins can use the /redeem command to manually send codes with an optional message.

Does the bot automatically redeem codes for me?

No, the bot only sends the codes in Discord. You still need to redeem them in-game or through the official redemption websites.

Can regular server members send codes?

Only the /listcodes, /help, /about, and /vote commands are available to regular members. All other commands require administrator permissions.

Troubleshooting

The bot isn't sending notifications

Make sure you've properly set up a notification channel and roles, auto-send is enabled, and the bot has proper permissions. Use /checkchannels to verify your setup.

Commands aren't working

Ensure the bot has the necessary permissions in your server, including "Use Application Commands".
