Cloud sessions can discover an existing Playwright package and cached browser before reporting browser capability as unavailable. The helper installs nothing, accepts a localhost starting URL and reports failed discovery or launch as unavailable.
Validation: helper syntax and whitespace checks pass. Clean-worktree discovery correctly reports unavailable where dependencies are absent. Browser capability was exercised against a localhost fixture in the recorded cloud session; this does not establish application behaviour in a new session.
