This closes #1 and #4. This should only be merged once the Joplin 3.6 stable release is available.

Add revision deletion for Joplin on encryption / decryption of notes for Joplin versions with the new delete revisions API, remove the refreshNoteView hack which is no longer needed, and bump the min version up to Joplin 3.6. This supersedes #20

Sure, but lets wait for few days. This PR is meant for v3.x.

If people find any minor bugs in v2.x we will address them first and push patched v2.x

Joplin 3.6 stable has now been released, so this can be merged
