Summary

route ad-hoc raw requests through the shared request execution service
preserve collection/environment variable interpolation, inherited and explicit auth, and transport behavior
retain response output, truncation, extraction, and collection selection behavior

Validation

focused raw request tests pass
full Vitest suite, TypeScript compile, production build, VSIX packaging, and Code Insiders installation completed locally

This is the first PR in a stack. The collection cache refresh PR targets this branch.
