What was missing / motivation

OpenLore has accumulated 18 substantive commits since v3.1.1: additive merge-risk, reachability, governance, and orientation improvements plus a broad security hardening pass. That scope warrants a backward-compatible minor release.

What it does

  • Bumps the package and lockfile to 3.2.0.
  • Freezes the 3.2.0 default configuration fixture for future compatibility checks.
  • Adds concise release notes: “The release where OpenLore checks the locks before reading the map.”

Proof it works

  • npm ci: 710 packages audited, 0 vulnerabilities.
  • npm run lint, npm run typecheck, and npm run build: passed.
  • Unit: 500 files, 9,732 tests passed; 2 skipped.
  • Equivalence: 13 files, 402 tests passed.
  • ReDoS budgets: 62 tests passed.
  • Release integration matrix: 11 files, 51 tests passed; 1 skipped (watcher cases rerun with required host filesystem permissions).
  • API consumer smoke: passed with optional packages absent.
  • Dependency gate, lock integrity, dependency audit, and package-content audit: passed.

Notes / nits

No breaking changes. Existing commands and configuration remain compatible with 3.1.x. Tagging v3.2.0 after merge will trigger the GitHub release and npm provenance publication workflow.
