This PR removes the ClamAV and Gitleaks jobs from the GitHub Actions workflow and fixes Markdown formatting issues that were causing the Markdown lint, links & spellcheck workflow to fail.
It also updates the blueprint catalog in README.md by adding Vaani Sahayak(वाणी सहायक) with its repository link.
