Dismissing: CI is failing on the members.yaml indentation, and the request link points to issue 12, which does not exist.

The dash sat at column 1, so the parser hit a sequence item at the document root while the root is a mapping and members.yaml failed to load. CI reported it as three errors; the phase and events_held ones were fallout from the aborted parse.
