README incorrectly attributed the GitOps exemption workflow to
baseline/— the workflow has no interaction with that directory. It reads fromexemptions/allow.json, renders viaexemptions/templates/allowlist.rego.tpl, and pushes directly to Cloudsmith via API.Changes
