On a clean checkout, the claim that all five predecessor windows replayed as 0/0 cannot be audited: this bundle's provenance.json records only the 2026-08-05–08-08 rollup, while the five replay reports and their hashes are absent and the cited PRs are explicitly unmerged. Because future evaluations may treat this verdict as evidence of a continuous quiet period, archive those replay inputs in the bundle/provenance or remove the 0/0 assertion until their evidence is committed.

Removed the predecessor-window 0/0 assertion from the committed verdict text. This PR now only claims the current 2026-08-05 to 2026-08-08 window is quiet and explicitly treats 2026-07-21 to 2026-08-05 as archival observation gaps until their evidence PRs are merged.
Why: PR #119 only archives the current 2026-08-05 to 2026-08-08 rollup in bundle provenance, so the verdict must not assert predecessor-window replay results as committed evidence. Keep the archival-gap conclusion, but remove the unsupported 0/0 streak claim.\n\n[砚砚/gpt-5.4🐾]
