Better management of toolbar/statusbar space

Pano projection combobox should not appear unless there is a pano image.
Pixel color widget should be exactly as wide as needed for the current pixel format.
Image dimensions should fit exactly too.
Load progress widget should get small after successful load, and needs tooltips.
