Closes spike-1 issue #8 via the minimal CLI-side slice (#480). Under --json --debug, the verb wraps its existing summary in an envelope that also exposes the post-eval resources list: { "summary": {...}, "evalResult": [...] } Useful for reading back what helm.template / kustomize.build / pkg.render actually produced before YAML normalization. Pre- expansion state + worker-boundary timings stay deferred to the follow-up work behind #479's plugin rewrite — the schema there will land alongside that PR. Hidden flag (hide_short_help) so it doesn't clutter the verb's public surface; schema is best-effort and may shift. Test: cli_integration.rs asserts the envelope shape end-to-end against a scaffolded Package render.
