Yes it was an ask from Anca, multiple folks put considerable effort into it, it has merit, it is useful. Lets get it published. Thanks for asking.

Thanks for confirming @hubbertsmith. To move this forward, the initiative needs to be approved by the TAG. It would be useful to understand the current state to ensure the topic aligns with the current goals of the TAG and expected whitepaper structure. It would also be great to gauge active community interest on the topic and additional contributors interested in taking this through the process. Perhaps you could join an upcoming TAG meeting to discuss the topic?
