NirSoft Hub

Unofficial Windows portable launcher for NirSoft utilities.

This app does not redistribute NirSoft binaries. On first launch you must use Get / update tools, which downloads the official free NirLauncher package from NirSoft and seeds your local tools folder.

• Utilities: © Nir Sofer / NirSoft — freeware. Freely redistributable only under NirSoft’s terms (typically: free of charge, unmodified packages; not as part of a commercial product). See each tool’s page / NirSoft site.
• This launcher (Hub UI/code): MIT (see package.json), unofficial, not affiliated with NirSoft.

Dev

cd nirsoft-hub
npm install
npm run enrich          # refresh catalog metadata (no binaries; needs `python` on PATH)
npm run dev:electron

Catalog metadata is built from the NirSoft utils index (scripts/prepare.py / enrich.py). Binary tools come only from the live NirSoft package download at runtime.

Package

npm run pack            # -> dist-packages/NirSoftHub-*-portable.exe

The portable build is the launcher + catalog only (~Electron size). Tools are fetched on first use.
