My approach to technology is straightforward: understand the business problem before architecting the solution.
As Director of Engineering (CTO Role) at Portinos, I led the technical organization’s growth from a 2-person core to a high-performing team of 15. My core achievement was successfully transitioning from managing developers to managing managers, establishing a scalable structure using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Hybrid methodologies tailored to each project's complexity.
I believe technology should accelerate, not obstruct. My expertise lies in selecting the most efficient tool for the job—whether it’s architecting complex software factories, leveraging AI-driven workflows, or deploying rapid No-Code solutions (Webflow/Shopify) to reduce time-to-market.
With one foot in technical architecture and the other in storytelling (informed by my background in film and my experience founding White Suit Studio), I bridge the gap between product vision and engineering execution. I am as comfortable defining long-term technical roadmaps as I am building an MVP from scratch to validate a concept.
