#3358 Problem
Currently unable to skip YouTube video playback when browser window is unfocused/unfocused. The existing J/K keyboard shortcuts only work when the window has focus.

Solution
Implement media key (fast forward/rewind) support that allows skipping video playback by customizable seconds even when the YouTube window is in the background.

Changes
Added event listeners for media keys (MediaTrackNext/MediaTrackPrevious)

Configurable skip duration (default: 10 seconds)

Works regardless of browser window focus state

Optional toggle between media keys and existing J/K shortcuts

Testing
Verified media keys work with YouTube in background tabs

Confirmed no conflicts with existing keyboard shortcuts

Tested customizable skip intervals

This provides a quality-of-life improvement for users who frequently control YouTube playback while multitasking with other applications.

hi! @AdminAdi and thank you so much

what about us allowing this for more of youtube's shortcuts, and our extra shortcuts too, as per the user settings for each?

hi and thank you again @AdminAdi @erikmartinessanches @Maria391260

What if there are multiple youtube tabs opened?

Each of our features has a a toggle in our menu (extension popup)
Most are disabled by default. (Or to potentially enable for everybody by default, we would need to prepare much more carefully)

Regarding multiple tabs, I think the sensible use case is skipping inside one tab, perhaps the most recently used one.
