Summary

run dispatched agents in isolated git worktrees under ~/.local/state/sao/worktrees
commit agent diffs on task branches, push them, create draft PRs, and print/store the PR URL
persist branch, worktree path, commit SHA, PR URL, and summaries in local state

Validation

git diff --check
go test ./... could not run because Go is not installed on PATH in this environment
