Bumps AWSSDK.SQS/SNS, NATS.Client.* to 2.7.3, EFCore to 9.0.14/10.0.5, Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Abstractions to 9.0.14/10.0.5, Azure.Identity to 1.19.0, Dapper.StrongName to 2.1.72, Microsoft.Data.Sqlite to 10.0.5, Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk to 18.3.0, and coverlet to 8.0.1 across all supported TFMs.
Replaces ReadLinesFromFile MSBuild task with File.ReadAllText in Directory.Build.targets, preserving newlines in NuGet package metadata. Splits the single Docker test environment into per-TFM configurations (net9 and net10) using dedicated codebeltnet/ubuntu-testrunner images.
Adds a full patch-release entry for v5.0.5 covering dependency upgrades, the Directory.Build.targets tooling fix, split test-environment configurations, and the DocFX image bump. Also adds the missing compare-link footer covering all releases from 1.0.0 through Unreleased.
Prepends the v5.0.5 ALM entry to all 35 PackageReleaseNotes.txt files, recording that dependencies have been upgraded to the latest compatible versions for all supported TFMs.
Removes trailing NBSP characters from the PackageReleaseNotes entry template in service-update.yml and the nuget prompt, replacing them with clean blank lines.
