docs(user-guide): add workflow details page section to workflows overview

Summary

Documents the Workflow Details page as part of EPMCDME-10641, covering all available buttons, tabs, and graph controls including the new fullscreen (Expand) feature.

Changes

• Added Workflow Details Page section to workflows-overview.md
• Documented header action buttons: Edit, Start Chat, Run workflow
• Documented page tabs: Executions, Configuration
• Documented workflow graph toolbar controls: Zoom in/out, Fit view, Download, Expand (fullscreen)
• Documented YAML configuration block and sidebar metadata fields
• Added 2 new screenshots: workflow actions menu with View Details, full Workflow Details page

Testing

• Tested locally with npm start
• All pages render correctly
• Images display properly
• Internal links work
• Sidebar navigation works

Quality Checks

• npm run check passes (typecheck + lint + commitlint)
• No MDX compilation errors
• No raw angle brackets
• Images stored locally next to content
• Commit messages follow Conventional Commits
• No secrets or credentials in documentation

Additional Notes

Covers EPMCDME-10641 — the Expand button functionality for the workflow graph was already implemented in code (isExpanded state in WorkflowEditor.tsx). This PR adds the corresponding user-facing documentation.
