As a CodeScan user, I want the CSV export for Security Hotspots to include additional fields such as severity, assignment details (assigned to and assigned date), exception expiry dates, and exception status (including reason), so that I can efficiently analyze, track ownership, and perform auditing or compliance reporting of hotspot data outside the CodeScan platform.
