Replace the README's pixel-art seahorse tile and gradient heading with a unified dark-green banner, a mint seahorse, and a legible Loci wordmark. Both Chinese and English READMEs use the same new asset at a larger display width.
The old unused banner is removed. Generation and refinement prompts are saved beside the asset for future updates.
Validation: visually checked the seahorse, exact lettering and composition; confirmed the 2172 × 724 dimensions and both README references;
git diff --checkpasses. No runtime behavior changes.
