GitHub's Mermaid rendering clipped long architecture labels and made the flow difficult to follow. Replace it with native-text SVG diagrams that separate installation, compact startup preferences, and first memory use, while showing the shared local data used by agents and Dashboard.
Chinese and English READMEs now select light/dark variants with
picture. The architecture guide uses the same assets. A dependency-free Node renderer keeps all four outputs reproducible; no HTML labels, external fonts or script execution are needed to display them.Validation: inspected full Chinese/light and English/dark renders, checked text boundaries, parsed all four SVGs, ran Node syntax and whitespace checks. Runtime behavior is unchanged.
