Existing-brain users were directed straight into an upgrade when they only wanted to connect a new Agent. The installation guide now distinguishes a new installation, connecting another client, and upgrading, with copyable instructions and a fresh-session read-only check.
Adds a detailed explanation of the short LOCI.md entry, a startup map generated from synthetic preferences, and the 11 sections of LOCI-RULES.md. Documents QwenWork's officially described manual entry while keeping automatic-adapter support and unverified Doubao capabilities explicit. Links both guides from the READMEs and architecture page.
Validation: local documentation links checked; entry snapshot matches LOCI.md exactly; startup example generated using the current reader and a temporary synthetic brain; diff whitespace checks passed. No runtime behavior or personal configuration changed. QwenWork/Doubao client execution was not tested.
