Users adding a new agent were asked to find brain paths and copy configuration. The public guide now gives one prompt to send directly to that agent; AI-CONNECT.md handles discovery, client checks, backups, entry configuration and read-only verification while preserving the existing brain.
Publish a Chinese user guide at /handbook/ with chapter navigation, search, copyable prompts, mobile layouts and print support. Keep architecture, module workflows, tradeoffs and linked issue evidence, and remove interview framing, private source paths and personal screenshots. Update the README, getting-started pages and landing page to use the same agent-led flow; redirect the old /guide.html entry.
Validation: regenerated the static reader from docs/user-guide.md; checked JavaScript syntax, chapter anchors and local assets; verified desktop/mobile layouts, search routing, details expansion and native-click clipboard contents in the browser. Qwen/Doubao native integration remains untested and is not claimed by these documentation changes.
