CoverageLine section

This section contains plots that display the number of features not part of the reference against the frequencies on a log-log plot. This should typically be a linear curve, with some noise for the more frequent ones.

In report.yaml:

- !CoverageLine
  count_type: All
  reference: "grch38"

where count_type can be All, Bp, Edge or Node and reference is the name of the reference path.
