create a readme with links to user stories, wireframes, database scheme and everything else we find important

Choices made so far:

• Planetscale for database (mySQL, free tier)
• Next.js (arbitrary choice)
• Material UI (random choice after much discussion, may change to Tailwind later. to have styles inside the component file)
• Typescript instead of JS (for type safety)
• pnpm instead of npm (it's faster)
• github projects for project management (it's free, already on GH and doesn't have a user limit)
