Clean up temporary output directories

After running cwltest, I am left with many temporary output directories in /tmp. It would be nice if cwltest could delete them before exiting. Finding and deleting all the temporary output directories manually is tedious. For now, I'm having to workaround by setting TMPDIR to a different directory and deleting that directory.

Yeah, me too. I just executed it on an HPC, and I had to provide a scratch dir (the temporary directory cannot be used). I used my user scratch dir, and accidentally got swamped by temporary dirs in my user scratch dir. I deleted the files, and then created a $SCRATCH_DIR/tmp so that I can delete all temporary output directories more easily, but still not ideal.
