Task 2 description in readme.md is not very clear to me. (perhaps I'm just stupid)
Does it mean that we pick an edge from a previously visualized shell?
Is the selected mesh edge matched with a newly loaded shell from json that is previously serialized?
Or do we keep the mesh in sticky dictionary?
Do we save the updated equilibrium geometry? (otherwise this script can only be used once)
Do we do multiple loops until residual forces converged or just one fd_numpy call?
Is it possible to have some starter code, that would help a lot.
