Merging this PR releases @codaco/interviewer to Netlify production.
It also creates a GitHub prerelease.

Minor Changes

Synthetic sessions now pick people from a protocol's actual rosters. Previously,
a roster screen generated invented people, so test data never lined up with the
roster file and that mismatch carried into every later stage. Generated sessions
now draw from the real roster rows, and a stage that also allows adding people
manually gets a mix of both. Where a side panel filters its roster, generation
draws only from the people that panel would actually show. A roster that loads
but has no rows — or whose panel filters out everyone — now generates an empty
roster stage rather than inventing people. Protocols whose roster files are
missing or unreadable still generate as before.

Patch Changes

Animate the resume-last-interview notification out while entering a case ID for
a new interview, then bring it back when returning to the protocol card.
Clarify that interview data is stored locally on this device and encrypted there when app security is configured, whether Interviewer is open in a browser tab or installed as an app.
Preserve the existing analytics preference when app security is enabled from
Settings, and keep mandatory setup available after the optional wizard is
exited without choosing a security method.
Replace the startup loading ring with the same large Network Canvas spinner used by Architect for a consistent first-load experience.
Preserve SVG image types when importing protocol assets so responsive canvas backgrounds display correctly.
Let browser users enable app security from the Security settings with the Get
started wizard. Settings-launched setup preserves existing data if it is exited
after a device lock has been created.
Fix the update dialog so Install and reload opens the new version immediately and shows progress while the update is applied.
Use a consistent authentication and recovery dialog throughout Interviewer, avoid a duplicate identity check when refreshing an active interview, and suppress destructive recovery while an interview is protected without blocking biometric passphrase recovery.
