Quarantines critical object/array facts until leaf-level evidence exists, versions the evidence gate so saved snapshots replay, rejects unexpected 304 responses without a current extraction, and adds a covering replay index. Verified locally with lint, typecheck, D1 migration validation, 57 ingestion tests, and 764 full tests.
