This change separates discovery pages, entity indexes, entity details, fact sheets, and application endpoints in all 100 pilot sources without changing the Worker fetch contract. It adds deterministic one-to-one source bindings and conservative official resource fingerprints, plus an idempotent metadata synchronization script. It also removes the repeated tuition reference warning in all six locales while retaining the detail-page verification guidance. Validation: full unit suite 766 tests passed before the final URL-only regression; 36 targeted manifest tests pass after it, typecheck and lint pass, 10 institution/100 source validation passes, synchronization is idempotent. No raw evidence, private snapshots, unreviewed harvest files, or catalog facts are included.
