Fix protected-deployment verification and release evaluation dates

Changes

• Authenticate immutable deployment smoke checks with an existing Vercel automation bypass after validating project ownership and Ready production state.
• Keep JSON list/compare/page evaluation dates aligned with the query clock without changing source-check dates or D1 history.
• Record real production and backup verification boundaries; preserve JSON production until D1 Shadow passes.

Verification

• Full baseline suite: 140 files / 769 tests passed; typecheck and lint passed.
• Final targeted checks: 11/11 tests, typecheck, lint and diff check passed.
• Independent workflow review: YAML, seven Bash blocks and credential-selector fixtures passed.
• Data and source manifests validated.

Operations

• GitHub VERCEL_TOKEN is still missing; automated promotion is not claimed successful.
• Local backup integrity passed; standard Wrangler restore and remote R2 checkpoint remain incomplete. No raw backups or unreviewed harvest assets are included.
