Add an image avatar property to the Car entity

A photo of the car would be helpful to use in the UI in the context of a Registration, such as when timing workers are keying in a car pulling up to the start. Many people have already uploaded a photo of their car onto their registration site profile, so should be relatively simple to gather during the import process and keep up to date.
