Decouple the Domain and IO layers from the UI layer #60
Description
Currently the Domain and IO layers are rather coupled to the UI layer. One example of this is the use of TornadoFX's dependency injection in the Domain and IO services/gateways. This means it's not possible to unit test these classes without standing up a TornadoFX application, which is super heavy and slow. Clean that up.
