It should allow the user to perform a bulk import of Registration entities from MotorsportReg

The app will have a UI wherein the user can choose the event they wish to import, view what will be imported, and execute the import.

This feature will rely on some work that is out of scope of this repo.

In scope:

• Allow the user to authenticate with MotorsportReg
• Allow the user to choose the event they wish to import on MotorsportReg
• Scrape the chosen event ID from MotorsportReg
• Scrape the organization ID from MotorsportReg
• Direct a Coner MotorsportReg Import bot to fetch the registrations and perform a bulk add of them into the Coner Core Service
• Gracefully handle success and failure scenarios reported by the bot

Out of scope:

• Query the MotorsportReg API directly
• Query Coner Core Service directly with respect to adding registrations in bulk
