This PR implements
cordon statuswith repository, auth, policy, perimeter, and per-agent setup reporting (including JSON output), and updates the text table ordering to show agent name first with managed state, hook, and MCP columns. It removes the default Cobracompletioncommand from root help and refreshes README command docs, including clearer log short flags (-f,-i) and explicit pattern examples. It adds an agent capability flag for MCP elicitation support and uses it in status reporting so Gemini CLI and OpenCode are marked MCP-unsupported while other supported agents remain MCP-enabled. OpenCode install now only configures the hook plugin (no MCP config install), and MCP cleanup is guarded to avoid creating an empty.opencode/opencode.jsoncfile when MCP is disabled.
