Record a short asciinema demo of kq against the bundled example queries (version, list, show, dry-run run) and render it to docs/demo.gif with agg. Embed it near the top of the README so the tool's output is visible at a glance. Also keep the source cast (docs/demo.cast) for future re-renders. Keep the v1.0.0 GitHub Release body and the launch post drafts in the repo alongside the demo recording, so they are versioned with the project instead of living only in a scratch directory.
