Summary

  • Adds two feature modules to /features that were real and shipped but unmentioned: Team & permissions (Owner/Reviewer/Staff roles, approval gate, @mentions) and Client & engagement tracking (multiple concurrent matters per client, Cmd+K search).
  • Refreshes the verification module description to describe inline claim underlining instead of the older side-panel-badge language.
  • Replaces the vague "Built and hosted in Australia" trust-strip claim with two precise ones: a human-sign-off line, and a data-hosting line that's actually accurate — practice data/infra is AU-hosted, but LLM inference is not (neither Anthropic's nor OpenAI's standard API guarantees AU processing). Adds a full "Where your data lives" section to /about instead of letting the trust-strip line imply a broader data-residency claim it can't back up.
  • Pricing simplified from $2,400/$6,000 annual to $99/$199 monthly. Both tiers get unlimited staff seats; the only differentiator is usage volume (1,000 vs unlimited queries/month).

Note for reviewer

Server-side query-cap enforcement (trial_gate.py) currently only applies during the free trial — it returns early for any client with subscription_status == "active". The Starter tier's 1,000-query/month cap is not backend-enforced yet for paying customers. Flagged as a separate follow-up, intentionally not addressed in this PR.

Test plan

  • pnpm typecheck and pnpm lint pass
  • Verified live in a local preview: /, /features, /pricing, /about all render the new copy correctly

…label

Found via q09 of the production-path benchmark: retrieval hit exactly
the right section (heading breadcrumb "...Section 25-35 (Bad debts)"
in the citation dict's `section` field, an exact match for the
expected "ITAA 1997 s.25-35"), but the citation LABEL stayed a bare
"ITAA 1997" - score_answer only ever read `citation`, never the
richer `section` field hierarchical chunking already populates.

…a-residency, simplified pricing

Site described a smaller, single-user product than what's shipped (per
the updated go-to-market review's site audit). Adds two feature modules
that were real and unmentioned: Team & permissions (Owner/Reviewer/Staff
roles, approval gate, @mentions) and Client & engagement tracking
(multiple concurrent matters per client, Cmd+K search). Refreshes the
verification module's copy to describe inline claim underlining instead
of the older side-panel badge.

Replaces the vague "Built and hosted in Australia" trust-strip claim with
two precise ones - a human-sign-off line, and a data-hosting line that's
actually true (infra is AU-hosted; LLM inference isn't, since neither
Anthropic's nor OpenAI's standard API guarantees AU processing) - plus a
full explanation on the About page instead of letting the trust-strip
line be read as a broader data-residency claim it can't back up.

Pricing simplified from $2,400/$6,000 annual to $99/$199 monthly, both
tiers get unlimited staff seats, differentiated only by usage volume
(1,000 vs unlimited queries/month) per direction from the team.

Note: server-side query-cap enforcement currently only applies during the
free trial (trial_gate.py returns early for any active subscription) -
the Starter tier's 1,000-query limit isn't backend-enforced yet for
paying customers. Flagged as a separate follow-up, not addressed here.
