- run api server as non-root node user (-> higher port no required) - add unneeded files to dockerignore - run migrations as npm script

Maybe i went a little overboard here. ;)
More or less only functional changes are modifications of Dockerfile and dependency updates.
Note that I was unable to test the new twitter library, since I do not have dev-account and am not willing to give twitter my phone number.
