Lower priority bugs that it would be unwise to disclose publicly may be emailed to brrr@cryptomonkeys.cc. Note that the fastest response will be on discord. For general bugs, you can submit a pull request. If you make a substantial contribution and would like to be recognized for it, please include your discord name in your pull request message.
