About the train and test datasets

Is this correspondence correct? I need to train the models separately on the TrainH，TrainL，Rain12600 datasets, right?

Is the model loaded “net_latest.pth” during the test ? But I think the latest model may not be the best, I hope to get your answer. Thanks!
