I think we need it in the conda upload workflow here, which is indeed for the ctlearn-project channel. Or maybe we have it there in case we need to upload manually? @rcervinoucm can you clarify please?

@vuillaut If you are happy with the changes, can you please approve so I can merge this PR? Do you need a tag? We could release v0.14.9. Then we include cat-B camcalib in v0.15.0 where we need to bump the ctapipe version (timeline undefined though).
