Moves lint.yml off
ubuntu-latestper the runners-on-nix policy. setup-node dropped (glibc toolcache node doesn't run on NixOS); the newnixbox-runner-ats-backend(curriculo-tech/nix-config#170) supplies node 22 + yarn.Do not merge until nix-config#170 is merged and the box has switched — otherwise lint jobs queue with no runner. (Issues are disabled on this repo, so no issue link; tracked by nix-config#169.)
