Summary of Changes
This PR moves the EG01-EG 23 files to the
complete_filesdirectory of the repo, and removes the old transition file. THis reorganization should help to prevent any confusion in future workshops over what is the correct file and notebook to use for the more complicated fuel cycle transition scenario.Design Notes
I included the notebook for showing some cymetric analysis in the directory as well. I have mixed feelings about this, but it doesn't seem like there is a better place to put the notebook.
