[codex] Retire rust-openssl fork status docs

Summary:

• Update active arm64e carry docs to point at the current app repository and Rust carry branch.
• Remove the deleted rust-openssl checkout from related fork documentation.

Validation:

• git diff --check
• rg confirmed cypherair/rust-openssl and /Users/tianren/coding/rust-openssl are absent from active docs.
